Description
Ontario Canada. I have had this property for thirty-five years and planned to develop and subdivide for cabins. I have about 70 acres of peat moss that when sold will leave a lake approximately 1100' x 2700'. The area has about eleven underground streams so the lake will be healthy and clean. At least twenty-5 acre lots will be surrounding the lake, and road access can be made available for all of them. There are about 20 acres that have silver on the ground and you can have it mined or leave it as I have. Silver has gone up quite a bit since the 70's when I bought the property. The parcel comes with surface and mineral rights. There is a company that may be willing to purchase the peat moss for about $15.00 per cubic yard with the 70 acres and approx 25-40' in depth. That's a lot of peat. Do the math! With purchase, I will give the information of interested buyers. They are a large Company located in the US. I have retired and no longer wish to do the development myself. So if you are ambitious and willing to buy this property, please contact me. I will even finance 50% at 5% annual if necessary.
